Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Since our items are custom-crafted and often personalized, we do not offer refunds.

2. Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of our work. If there is an issue with your order due to damage or defect, please follow the steps below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a return or replacement.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or replacement.

3. Steps to Request a Return or Replacement

  2. Provide Proof:
    Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and your order details (name, order number, etc.).
  3. Resolution Options:
    • If the item is eligible, we will offer a replacement or issue store credit for future purchases.
    • We may ask you to return the item before a replacement is issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
  • Any product with minor color or design variations due to the handmade nature of our crafting process.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, we begin crafting your items, and cancellations are no longer possible.
